Roles & Responsibilities
To understand our product vision and give it a architectural shape
To ensure evolution of state of art product
To maintain a balance between customer needs and technological advancements
Plan the product road map
Needs to ensure productivity by motivating and tracking the individual outputs of the platform team
To build & maintain team
To ensure the growth individual skills of the team members
Resource planning & management
Initiation & monitoring of relevant R&D
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate with strong academic background
Experience
Should have atleast 10 +yrs of experience in software development which should include
• Minimum 4+ yrs in product (business application software) development at a senior position
• End to end implementation of any business software project including maintenance
• Minimum 2 years in product development/middle ware/infrastructure pieces
Skills
Experience in developing multiuser applications using Windows technologies is a must and knowledge of OOPS and RDBMS concepts will be preferred
Ability to conceive product features which will be generally acceptable to the market
Strong aptitude to learn and evaluate new technologies
Understands business aspects
Very Good leadership and decision making skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Mentoring ability
