Qualifications
B.Tech / MCA with strong academic background.
Experience
Comprehensive experience of minimum 8 years in Windows and web based software product development
out of which minimum 3 years should be enterprise software. Significant hands-on experience with different computer architectures, programming
languages, operating systems, application architectures, distributed computing, source code control systems, and bug tracking systems.
Over 3 years of proven leadership in .NET environment.
Skills
Must have significant skills in functional analysis of large integrated systems
Should have skills in conceptual design - identifying the customer need, as well as logical design - where a customer need is translated on technical specifications
Knowledge about RDBMS, VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, IIS and Web service
Ability to lead a team of analysts in a mid to large application with multiple modules
Must have knowledge of implementation issues
Must be able to interact and communicate with customers effectively
Must have knowledge of the Indian IT market and the challenges of software for SME market in India
Should be able to learn new skills fast
