Participate in inter-team discussion / brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / MCA / PGDCA
Experience
2-3 years
Required Competencies / Skills
Strong visual and UI design skills with a complete mastery of PHP
Ability to design elegant user interfaces
Expert knowledge of HTML coding
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Agile team player with an ability to switch gears quickly and learn new technologies to get the job done
Solid understanding of coding standards, version control, best practices, algorithms and data structures
Must be able to work under tight deadlines and be able to deliver high quality
Must have good working knowledge of at least a framework or open source CMS
Knowledge of MySQL and relational database management systems
Optimize and enhance the web application for high volume page requests, data logging / processing and high performance requirements
Strong initiative - capable of working on a self-sufficient basis and able to identify areas of potential technical improvement
Openness to New Technologies and Development Methodology
Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to rapidly learn and explain technical concepts
Initiative, leadership, and proven ability to work in a team and interact with various stake holders, very process oriented
Very result oriented, ability to think out of box. Ability to build and implement innovative solutions
