To successfully implement the architectural concepts of the Platform Unit Manager by designing and providing the technical blue print.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures technical feasibility of the proposed architectural improvements
Designs the technical blueprint for the features and architectural pieces
Evaluates the best available technology for implementing the architectural improvement
Needs to keep abreast with the emerging technologies and evaluate whether any of those can be adapted into our system for improved performance / minimizing the production cost
R&D
Mentors the lead developer
Trains and explains the features to the Product team
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate with strong academic background
Experience
Should have atleast 7+ yrs of experience in software development with:
- Minimum 4 yrs in development of multi-module applications
- At least 2 years in a role involving architecture design and project management responsibilities
Should have handled end to end implementation of at least one business application preferably with some period of maintenance
Should have some experience of feature design in product development / middle ware/ infrastructure pieces
Skills
Experience in developing applications using .Net technologies is a must
Excellent understanding of coding methods & best practices
Hands on experience on an RDBMS is a must
Exposure to various Microsoft technologies
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Very Good leadership and decision making skills
