To define and implement features relating to Finance & Accounts and Statutory Compliance modules of CORAL erp.
Roles & Responsibilities
Thorough understanding of on-going changes relating to Finance, Accounts & Statutory Compliance and converting them into features of respective modules
Get these features implemented with the help of Development Team
If certain changes requires major enhancements / integration requirements, escalating such issues to the ERP Product Unit Manager
Documentation & KB management
Develop, Train & Manage a team of Module Developments Executive and developers
Qualifications
Graduate (B Sc / B Com, preferably with Science at +2 level)
With ICAI / ICSI / ICWAI
Experience
Min 5 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years of involvement in development and / or implementation of relevant module of any business application software, preferably enterprise software solution.
Skills
Ability to research, read up, interact with various sources to collect relevant data with respect to F&A module of an enterprise software solution
Must be able to synthesize a solution and take decisions on the feature set
Ability to empathize with the customer/user
Understanding of business imperatives and drivers
Must be able to capture these customer needs as vision/scenarios/use cases etc
Also must be able to break it into a logical design - tables, screens etc
Understanding of basic UX (User Experience) issues
