To plan, strategise and mange all aspects of deliveries & implementation of CORAL erp which shall include involvement in pre-sales studies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Preliminary and Detailed SRS
Assistance to sales team in pre sales and cost estimation
Effective solution formulation for customers
Planning & scheduling all aspects of delivery & implementation for a specific customer
Resource allocation, documentation of work (functional, for work allocation, technical, user documentation, for sales)
Management of multiple delivery teams of Business Analysts, Developers, Report Writers, Testers and Implementers
Outsourcing of non-configuration work from Independent Developers
QC & Appraisal
Ensuring sign off documents of all the deliveries made to customer
Continuous training for Team, Independent Developers & Users
Analysis & improvement in delivery process
Updating and coordinating with Standard Product Development Team about any scope of generic improvement in product
Case study documentation
Qualifications
Graduate (B Sc / B Com, preferably with Science at +2 level).
Any certificate / diploma in IT.
Experience
Minimum 8 years experience in deliveries & implementation of business application software in SME segment preferably in manufacturing sector out of which at least four years should be in end to end management of delivery & implementation of enterprise software solution with good domain knowledge and in depth knowledge of one or more module.
Skills
Significant knowledge of dynamics of SME customers
Should posses the industry intellect to understand the varying needs of any business process
Should have functional knowledge and business analysis skills wrt SMEs
Significant implementation skills for an enterprise software solution
Proficiency in IT systems with good understanding about .NET, SQL Server and Crystal Report
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to deal with top management and co-ordinate across different levels within the customers organization
Leadership & people management skills
