Planning and monitoring the entire customer support process and coordination with the development and sales team as well as upholding the functional documentation for User Training and Support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process planning for advanced customer support
Ensure that the said process is in place and being followed
Day to day supervision to ensure the effectiveness of support being extended to customers
Co-ordination with the development as well as sales team for timely resolution of specific customer's issues along with product improvement
Overall responsibility of preparation, regular update, publication and distribution (to appropriate channels) of all functional documentation whether to be used for User Training, Support personnel, Sales or otherwise
Qualifications
Graduate (B.Sc / B.Com)
Any diploma in IT is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in managing customers in IT Industry for any enterprise software solution in SME with adequate exposure of business process as well as functionalities of the same
Skills
Brilliant understanding of ERP and its modules
Must have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
Outstanding writing skills
Relationship building as well as resolution skills
Well-developed problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities
Exposure to RDBMS and .NET will be preferred
Basic functional knowledge and good understanding about the business dynamics of SMEs
Ability to co-ordinate functions of various user groups within the organization in view of ERP support
