Roles & Responsibilities
Active involvement in Business Development activities under the guidance of Branch Sales Manger
Explore sales opportunities
Understanding customer issues with respect to enterprise software solution
Co-ordination for presales activities with Branch Sales Manager and Delivery Manager
Planning for delivery & implementation and required resources under the guidelines of Delivery Manager
Liaison with various stakeholders to ensure on time delivery & implementation and sign off
Escalate customer's issues to respective department to render quality customer services
Building trustworthy business relationships with customer
Handling all other aspects of key account management
Qualifications
Graduate (B Sc / B Com, preferably with Science at +2 level).
Any certificate / diploma in IT.
Experience
Minimum six years experience in high value sales and / or deliveries of IT products (Hardware & Software) in SME segment preferably in manufacturing sector out of which at least two years experience should be in enterprise software solution sales & delivery with good domain knowledge and in depth knowledge of one or more module.

Understanding of Business Development with respect to ERP sales
Able to quickly qualify potential customers
Consultative selling skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to deal with top management and co-ordinate across different levels within the customer's organization
Strong presentation skills added with ability to create sales opportunities
Should posses the industry intellect to understand the varying needs of any business process
Should have good understanding of all aspects of implementation of any enterprise software solution for a medium size business
Should have functional knowledge and business analysis skills wrt SMEs
Proficiency in IT systems with basic understanding about .NET, SQL Server and Crystal Report
