Translate the feature sets defined by the Product Designer - Platform into effective codes
Writing codes
Prepares Testing Strategy
Developing standard procedure & ensuring practice of the same with respect to Code Writing
Needs to ensure productivity by motivating and tracking the individual output of the Developers
Mentor developers in the team
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate with strong academic background.
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in developing business applications on Windows platform, out of which minimum 2 years should be in a leadership position.
Skills
Experience in software product development shall be preferred
Experience in developing applications using .net technologies & MS SQL Server is a must
Working knowledge of Crystal Report is desirable
Good understanding of coding methods & best practices
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good leadership and decision making skills
Performance monitoring & evaluation skills
Understanding of QA issues
