To understand & analyse all aspects of a customer's business in order to identify the needs with respect to enterprise software solution and effective formulation of the same.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interaction with various stakeholder at customer end to analyse & understand the business & relevant issues
Gap analysis and solution mapping wrt CORAL erp and customisation needs of a specific customer
Planning & execution of BPR, if feasible
Designing of functional features for customisation and also system designing for the same
Monitor & supervise configuration
Responsible for effective solution formulation by team
Project tracking for schedule and quality - specific to business analysis
Identification of techniques/process issues and improve the same
Team Management of business analysts & associate business analysts
Handle multiple customers simultaneously
Qualifications
Graduate (B Sc / B Com, preferably with Science at +2 level).
ICAI / ICSI / ICWAI / ICFAI, preferably with IT system training.
Experience
Min 6 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years of involvement in full lifecycle of development and / or implementation of any enterprise software solution for SME.
Skills
Should have business analysis skills
Understanding of business dynamics of SMEs
Proficiency in IT systems with good knowledge of .Net, SQL Server, Crystal Report
Customer handling and communication skills
Should have good understanding of implementation aspect of any enterprise software solution
Leadership & team management skills
