To carry out implementation of CORAL erp module (s) at customer site and extend all relevant services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Installation of CORAL erp and system feature training to users
Updation of customer end installations with latest releases
Managing data import from existing system to CORAL erp
Escalating User feedback to Project Manager and thereafter resolving them
Imparting hands-on training of Work Flows of CORAL erp module(s) to different USER groups
Overall co-ordination regarding Implementation
Qualifications
Graduate (B Sc / B Com).
Any certificate / diploma in IT will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in implementation or support role of any business application software, preferably ERP.
Skills
The person should have good functional knowledge and basic understanding of business dynamics of SMEs added with module specific subject matter expertise
IT intelligence required to implement any business application software
Good understanding and hands on experience of SQL Server
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to co-ordinate functions of various user groups within the organization in view of ERP implementation
Customer services skills
