Roles & Responsibilities
Attending to customer support calls
Providing solution off hand to customers if possible otherwise escalate the same to the concerned person(s)
Coordination for timely closure of customer issues
Collection & compilation of feedback from customer
Documentation of the above
Qualifications
Graduate (B Sc / B Com).
Any diploma in IT will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in customer support for any enterprise software solution in SME with adequate exposure of business process as well as functionalities of the same.
Skills
Good understanding of ERP and its modules
Must have excellent communication as well as phone skills
Team-oriented with ability to work independently
Commitment towards superior customer satisfaction
Relationship building skills and resolution skills
Ability to analyze the problems & escalate it to the right person
Well-developed problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities
