Job Summary
   Work hand-in-hand with our growing customer base while delivering quality customer support and co-ordinate with development team    and documentation of the cases.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attending to customer support calls
  • Providing solution off hand to customers if possible otherwise escalate the same to the concerned person(s)
  • Coordination for timely closure of customer issues
  • Collection & compilation of feedback from customer
  • Documentation of the above
Qualifications
   Graduate (B Sc / B Com).
   Any diploma in IT will be an added advantage.

Experience
   Minimum 3 years experience in customer support for any enterprise software solution in SME with adequate exposure of business    process as well as functionalities of the same.

Skills

  • Good understanding of ERP and its modules
  • Must have excellent communication as well as phone skills
  • Team-oriented with ability to work independently
  • Commitment towards superior customer satisfaction
  • Relationship building skills and resolution skills
  • Ability to analyze the problems & escalate it to the right person
  • Well-developed problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities
