To design & manage development aspects of CORAL erp by a team of developers which shall include recruitment, training, deployment and performance management of the team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Developing standard procedure & ensuring practice of the same wrt to application development
Planning and organizing development activities in order to assure delivery in time, in scope and in quality
Ensure that allocations of assignments are made with comprehensive specifications, well defined priorities and co-ordinate about the availability of necessary resources across departments
Recruitment and training of development team
Proper allocation of team members in development & delivery to ensure their optimal utilization as well as hand holding them on day to day issues
Monitoring of work of team members and be responsible for their performance (productivity & quality), learning and growth
Active participation in relevant R&D
Qualifications
B.Tech / MCA with strong academic background.
Experience
Minimum 6 years experience in developing business applications on Windows platform, out of which minimum 3 years should be in a managerial position. Experience in software product development, preferably Enterprise Software product is desirable.
Over 3 years of proven leadership in .NET environment
Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of development aspects of enterprise software product
Ability to handle the hiring and ramping up of new team members
Performance monitoring & evaluation skills
Should have functional intelligence of various business processes
Expertise in a range of technical platforms which should include RDBMS, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET and Crystal Report
Effective communication skill
Good understanding of test strategy / QA issues
Leadership & team management skills
