Entry modules
|
- Quality control checking:
Capture results of QC, which can be carried out each inward (e.g. GRN, production) of materials. Based on this checks materials will taken as approved or rejected as per the pre-defined quality check norms.
|
Reports
|
- QC – rejection analysis:
Statement showing details of materials rejected for different reasons for a given period, can be filtered on party-wise, product-wise and rejection reason-wise. It is in tabular format.
- QC – comparison:
A comparison of quality checks for two different period, can be filtered on party-wise, product-wise.
- QC register:
Register of quality checks performed in a given period, can be filtered on product group-wise, product-wise, location-wise, party-wise and 'quality checked by' wise.

Masters
|
Define QC check points required to measure different parameters for a product or QC ( e.g. length, gsm, hardness, etc.).
Define master for different types of applicable QC's. At times, for the same product, different type of QC is carried out at different stages of manufacturing process.Define them here.
- Quality control category:
Generally a set of QC points are to be checked to carry out a QC. Define a QC category master for each such group of QC points by tagging QC points against each QC category.
- Quality control sample size:
Define the method of computing sample size for carrying out QC. This is defined for each group of product / service.
- QC - reason for rejection:
Master to predefine the reasons for rejecting during QC. This is used for rejection analysis.
